1. Orders and Payments

• We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders only.

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of stock.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including stock unavailability or incorrect pricing.

• We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate.

• Slight variations in color or design may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

• No refunds are provided on any orders. All sales are final.

• Exchanges are allowed only for products with manufacturing defects or damages, such as stitching defects, tears, or other quality issues.

• Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the damage.

4. Delivery

• Orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered within 1–2 business days in Qatar.

• Shipping is free for all orders.

• In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability, we may contact you to reschedule delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including logos, images, and descriptions, is the property of TenSports and cannot be used without permission.

6. Liability

• TenSports is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our products beyond normal use.

7. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Qatar, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Qatari courts.
